Your membership starts from the date of purchase

Paying weekly memberships ($30 week) are a recurring fee, so your membership will automatically be renewed every week on the next payment date, unless you unsubscribe. To unsubscribe you got to your login on the website and go to your subscriptions and unsubscribe. The joining fee, 3 month membership and 6 month membership are to be paid in full prior to commencement of the program and are one off payments, these are non refundable unless there is a serious illness or injury that would prevent you from completing the programme. Refunds will be decided on a case by case basis.

You pay in advance for what you are to receive. your membership will remain until what would have been your next payment due date (or your membership expiration date). Memberships may be put on hold at the discretion and with discussion with the director, Amy Renall.

You take full responsibility for your own health and safety when using @me or partaking in anything provided by @me.

Terms and conditions apply to all information, advice or workouts provided by @me including but not limited to those on social media, blogs, live events, emails and other communication channels.

Health and Safety

You take full responsibility for your own health and safety when using @me.

It is not designed for those with injuries, health problems or any other problems that exercise of any exertion could affect. If you have any complications to exercise, then you should seek the help and/or clearance of a GP, physiotherapist or another appropriate health professional.

The information provided by @me are guidelines and tips. Although there is some precise information supplied, these are still guidelines. If you have specific exercise, medical or health questions you should consult your own health professional.

If you have any reasons why you should not be restricting your calorie intake, or eating certain foods or food types, or if you have any allergies then you should not consume the food nor follow the food and diet advice specified. You should consult your GP, nutritionist, dietician or other appropriate health professional. The tips and recipes are recommended as a guide only.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Where @me is supplying goods and services to the customer for business purposes within the meaning of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, pursuant to section 43, the provisions of that Act will not apply.
Dispute Resolution
No party shall commence any court or arbitration proceedings relating to any dispute or difference arising out of these terms and conditions unless that party has:

Given written notice to the other party specifying the nature of the dispute;

On receipt of such notice, the parties must use their best endeavours to resolve the dispute expeditiously and in the spirit of co-operation and goodwill within one month of receipt of the notice; and

If the parties are unable to resolve the matter themselves, they will participate in mediation with a mutually acceptable third party mediator to resolve the matter within 21 days of appointment of such mediator. If necessary, the third party may be appointed by the President of the Canterbury-Westland branch of the New Zealand Law Society.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions, including any negotiations, mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings relating to any dispute or difference arising out of them, and any transaction contemplated by it are governed by New Zealand law. The parties:

submit to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts and any court that may hear appeals from these courts;

waive any objection to the venue of any legal process on the basis that the process has been brought in an inconvenient forum; and
-
waive any immunity in respect of their obligations under these terms and conditions that they have or acquire from the jurisdiction of any court or any legal process for any reason.
